Peaceful /Friendly

Hey guys my name is Zophier I am a 22 year old professional I work a majority of my time so you won?t be seeing much of me , same for my roommate she?s amazing we both are quite but very friendly.

About the location

We are one block away from the 1 train (apartment is filtered so you won?t hear it ) getting to 42st is about 30 min , train comes every 3-5 min

We literally have every store or restaurant that you could possibly think of ,from corner store deli?s to 24 hour diners to famously knows restaurants like smash burger and Buffalo Wild Wings, as well as forever 21 , marshals ,target , bobs furniture ,bjs . ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.

We also have a few gyms and fitness centers in the Area as well as the van cortland park.

I don?t have much rules for my apartment, as long as it is drama free , no yelling , no fighting , always clean up after yourself when using common areas, if you have a partner they are more then welcomed to come see you I don?t mind it , as long as they are respectful as well of my home and your soon to be home.
