I'm Chris and I'm renting a spacious bedroom for in a cozy 2 bedroom apartment. It's located in walk-up apartment building just a block away from the Marble Hill Metronorth Station and the 225th Street 1 Subway Station. I work from home for a nonprofit and generally keep a low, quiet profile. I'm seeking a responsible, reliable and stable roomie for a short term agreement (i. e., 2 to 4 months). Here are the basic details:
-Semi-furnished with a full size bed, a dresser with 6 drawers, and two additional drawer units with 3 drawers apiece + 1 standard closet
-Room gets plenty of light with two northwest-facing windows
-Near Marble Hill Metronorth, 225th 1-Train, Bx7, Bx9, Bx10, and Bx20
-Close to Van Cortlandt Park and other greenspaces
-In shopping district with several stores and restaurants including Target, Marshall's, Aldi's, Foodtown, Applebee's, Blink Gym, Vitamin Shoppe, Chipotle, Starbucks, Boston Market, Wendy's, McDonald's, Smashburger, and many more
-Shared restroom & Kitchen
