Building has an elevator. $800 month. Utilities included. Security deposit($400). $800 rent & $400 deposit required, to move in, along with proof of ID. Room is available now. I am 1 block away from the #2 & #5 subway lines, in the 3rd ave HUB, with many bus lines. The #6 train is also within walking distance. There is a laundry room within the building. I have a cat.
