renting a large furnished bedroom in a 15 year old house that i own. It includes its private bathroom next to it, a shared laundry room next to the bathroom; all of this being in the lower part of the house. The entry level has the shared living room and kitchen, also access to the patio, that has an small deck and BBQ. the house has also internet access and a printer available. There are two bedrooms with closets and bathroom in the upper floor which is my personal space.
