Ciao! I have a room available, starting beginning of June 2023
My sunny apartment is located in Mott Haven - The Bronx. We live in a 3 story house, on the top floor. The bedroom available fit a full or Queen size bed, work desk or a small couch. Has a big closet and one big window. AC is available or you can bring your own.

I am from Italy and work in the food industry.
Everyone is welcome at my place. We are LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 friendly. I am open to having couples for a short period of time.

MY PLACE IS A MONTH TO MONTH RENTAL AGREEMENT.

• $1050 monthly rent
• $1000 security deposit
• Utilities are included
• wi-fi + electricity and gas are included

Transportation:
• 6 minute walk to the 2 and 5 train on 149th street and 3rd ave
• 8 minute walk to the 6 train on 138th street and Brook ave
• City bikes docks are everywhere around the neighborhood.

The neighborhood:
• Laundry is 2 blocks away, it is clean and
• Bronx brewery is 10 minutes from the apt.
• Harlem is a 15 minute bike ride away, right after the willis ave bridge and 3rd ave bridge.
• Bodegas at every corner
• Fruit and vegetable store 2 blocks away - they make nice fresh juices.
• La morada is a mexican restaurant on Willis and 141st, Mottley kitchen on 140th and willis ave.
