Room for rent for the right person

I am looking for a responsible, clean, considerate roommate (NO COUPLES OR MALES).

The ideal roommate would be employed, and respectful ... GOOD HYGIENE A MUST.

We would share a common area (kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and balcony)

THE ROOM IS UNFURNISHED.

The building consists of all professionals, it has a laundry room, garage and is on the same street as the 6 train line. The building's management company has a strict "no party" policy.

Cable, gas and electric is not included in the rent.

Please be able to provide references or be willing to submit to a background check.

I would prefer to meet for coffee or a drink or two. I don't want us to best friends but I would like to make sure there is chemistry on some level since I am opening my home to someone that I don't know. I have 2 cats that are very friendly. Smokers are welcomed.
