Furnished Room in Pelham Bay Park area

A three bedroom and two bathroom apartment, one room is currently occupied by me. I'm a gay male Latino, quiet, don't receive guests.

Looking for preferably a gay male or gay-friendly male to share. the apartment. The $1100 includes the furnished room, utilities (gas and electricity), cable, and internet. The renter would have use of one of the bathrooms that is the guest bathroom.

No smoking in the apartment as required by the lease, but there is a patio in the front.

If interested, first months rent, $500 security deposit, last three pay stubs or a letter from employer, able to sign a month by month rental arrangement.
