Beautiful room for rent in a very nice house/Home

The house speaks for it self, location is great close of the trains, close to supermarkets, close to Pelham Bay Park, Orchard beach. We are 3 working males that are looking for another professional male. I the owner is part of the LGBT community, the other 2 are not. All 3 of us to get along extremely well we are looking for that 4th person to complete the dynamic of my house. The bedroom for rent is located on the 3rd floor of the house (the penthouse ) it's 16'X16" the bathroom is beautiful, large and it is shared by only two others, I have a fully furnished basement where I live alone .
