I am the tenant of the apt i am currently renting

I am hardly ever home because i am always at work so i was hoping for the same in a roomate. The room has a full size bed...and a 8 drawer dresser. It is big with a decent size closet and a nice window with a view ... I dont have internet here but there is optimum wifi. There is parking a laundry mat downstairs , 2 parks, 2 basketball courts and a gym there a supermarket and a deli right downstairs.. The metro north is two blocks down for me and also the bx 18 and bx 40/42 are 2 blocks from me which can get you to the 4 or d train in 15 min i also have the 3 bus that takes you to manhattan ...i have a lil puppy but she is great and very chilled...
