Hello I have a room available starting august 31 afternoon. No you can not move in earlier than that , the person who lives here is currently here. Weekly rent $225 furnished and WiFi included . It is 12 feet by 8 feet.

I want someone who doesn’t not require much cooking in kitchen. Only for light meal use.

Security deposit $225 when you move out you’ll get that back.

Rent $225 a week we can discuss price as well .

What you will need for move in $225 for first week and $225 for security deposit.

There are pots, pans and utensils available.

Washing machine not included .

Must have a stable job.

Near the D, 4 , & B train

Near the 41, 40, 36 , 1 , 2 bus

Near by supermarket cross the street & family dollar.

No couples this is just for one person but you can have guests over in your room.

No smoking inside apartment. (Do not want any fires)

Large living room and high ceiling.

Furnished items in room TV 32inches , AC , XL TWIN mattress and bed frame , dresser , coffee maker , microwave . Shower caddy, some utensils (cups , and silverware) trash can , and laundry bag . Also extra sheets a pillow and a few hangers. Please contact me for more questions
