The studio space is available in our house. Perfect for student or professional at einstein or jacobi hospitals, as we are a 5 minute walk from either. Our neighborhood is a beautiful family area near the 5 and 2 train, 12 and 8 buses, and the express bus to Manhattan.

This is a studio space in the bottom floor of our home. It has a huge bedroom with a lot of storage space. It also has a private bathroom, private entrance and a separate kitchen area with a full size fridge, microwave and toaster oven. The bedroom does not have a window and there is no stove.

The room is furnished with a full size bed, tv, table and large closet. Plenty of no restriction street parking.

Rent is 1200 plus gas and electric. No smoking. The landlord requires a refundable deposit of $1200.

We have a beagle who lives upstairs, so please be pet friendly, though she will never be in your space. Background check required.
