I have a bedroom with a nice size closet for rent in my home. The room can fit a queen/king size bed if wanted as well as furniture. This is a 3 bedroom apartment, so I am looking for someone who is responsible with working, doesn’t party and who just wants a nice area to live in. One room is currently being rented by an elderly man in his 80’s (my uncle). You have access to kitchen and living room also, and all I ask is the area remains clean and quiet. Really just looking for a single person who works and wants a peaceful area to go home to.
