Hey, we are young professionals in Software QA, we have a bright ROOM in 2 bd renovated apartment in South Bronx (5 minutes to Manhattan). Spacious room with two windows, bed with XL twin mattress, table with chair, two large book Shelves, AC, and stylish floor lamp, has plenty of closet space.
The kitchen has lots of cabinets, a Full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove.
The living room has a couch, dining table with chairs, and ottoman. We are looking for a quiet and tidy roommate for a long or short term. $900 monthly rent + one month Security deposit + electricity bill. No couples, No pets.
