Looking for a FEMALE Roommate!

The room pictured is my old bedroom and i truly miss it. It is very cozy and warm in the winter, windows facing the back of the house so its very quiet and serene. You can sometimes hear the metronorth passing by the melrose station. That being said the area is usually lively; with various restaurants in the main avenues, late night delis, and supermarkets all within a ten minute walking distance from the house. Very close to Claremont Park, which is where i take the lovely Kevin, a medium Terrier mix, out for walks and training. He will be your roommate too 🥰.
I am currently working at a vet clinic and as you will know i do love animals. There are also a few aquariums in the apartment so there is a lot of "white noise", in the living room the 40 gallon is as pictured. I work most of the week and with the pandemic (without it too tbh) ive been staying in the rest of the week so usually ill be downstairs with my parents, or in my room cuddling up with kevin. That being said, my parents live downstairs and sometimes they do come upstairs. Wether it is to drop something off or to talk to me.

Room is small but it offers something that i will probably be asking you to use in the summer: access to the roof of my original room in the house, when i lived with my parents. The view is the very last picture from last summer. It is not a balcony and leaving the window unlocked is a danger to everyone in the house. The terms of using the space will be discussed and we will come to some sort of understanding for safety precautions. End of the day we're all just trying to be safe !
