This space is VERY amazing. You will not see anything like it. It's 1800 square foot and a loft style apartment (just the main room, the bedrooms are private. There is dishwasher/washer/dryer in unit.

There is tons of natural light., and you are 20 feet to subway and 15 min to midtown, in the new trendy Mott Haven section of The Bronx.

There are tons of great restaurants (writen about in NY mag, Time Out and more), a Farmers Market (right across the street) and community farm (I pick my organic food) blocks away. This is the NEW Long Island City. Goole "Mott Haven". You are also a few blocks away from a pathway that connects you to Randalls Island.

Longing for someone laid back, with a full-time DAY JOB. I am only looking for ONE person, and they must keep the kitchen and bathroom extra, extra neat! They should appreciate organic food, healthy lifestyles, ageless living, music and dancing by me at home (sometimes). I don't have parties but I am a lot of fun....
