We have a spare bedroom in our 3 bedroom. The apartment is a walk up with a spacious living room, comfortable kitchen and bathroom. The open room can comfortable fit a full-size bed with room for a wardrobe or other furniture.

Both current tenants are students at CUNY Hunter. We are both quiet and conflict averse, and are looking for somebody who is similarly relaxed. Both of us are musicians, and a love of music in a new roommate is appreciated.
Smoking is okay on the fire escape but not inside.
Apartment has easy access to transit, 6 train stops directly outside of our building and is 3 stops from Manhattan.
