The apartment is located off the 6 line and the subway is a 3 minute walk from the apartment; it's 2-3 subway stops from Manhattan (at 125th. St. off the 4/5/6 lines).

The apartment is rent stabilized and has an elevator, bathtub, balcony, and is in a newer building (laundry in basement).

I would prefer a female, non-smoker, in their mid/late 20s-early 30s who is responsible and takes care of the space. No pets. No couples.
