The Neighborhood:
There is a park on the same street. Within a four-block radius, you can find restaurants, dollar stores, churches, additional train stations, supermarkets, and laundromats. There are also a City MD and a post office. I am new to the area. So far, it seems accessible and family-friendly. The neighborhood is undergoing gentrification. Yet, there are still many local businesses, predominately Latino ones.

The Space:
The apartment is inside a four-family house. No smoking is permitted as there are small children in the other units. The landlord and his family live on the ground floor, should any repairs be needed. Your bathroom is two doors down from your bedroom. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces.
