Hi, my name is Ali Seerwan. I?m 21 years old. My roommate just moved out a couple days ago and I?m looking for someone to fill the room it?s a pretty big room in a 2 Bedroom apartment in the Bronx. Rent is 1000$ each utilities included. It?s a 5 min. Walk to the 4 Train and about 10min, to the B/D trains. The lease ends at the end of August. I?m not sure if I want to stay after that. Let me know if you want to talk about it. I work from 1pm to about 2 in the morning, if you can call from 8am to 12pm that would be preferable.
