Hey! I have a room for rent in my three bedroom home in Riverdale. It's a safe, quite area with plenty of amenities. The bx9 and bxm3 are a 1 min walk away, it's a 6 min bus ride to the 1 train and a short walk to the 1 and 2 bee-line buses.

The house was recently renovated so there's new flooring throughout most of the house, freshly painted walls, new furniture and the two shared bathrooms have been completely redone.

The room comes with a bed and large built-in wardrobes. It also has its own en-suite bathroom. Utilities are included.

Ideally, I'm looking for young professionals, or mature/post-graduate students... easy-going, tidy people would be super! lgbt friendly.
