Beautiful Room.. Professionals

The apt is brand new and has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. It?s on the 2nd floor with elevator. Has a live in super and a washer and dryer in the apartment. We are professionals and work during the day. If we are home at night we are either in our rooms or in the common area living room watching tv and or sharing laugher. We would love to share our space with someone cool, responsible, clean and friendly. No smoking and or drugs in the apt. This is a living arrangement for a year. July 2019 to July 2020. Apt is close to the park and the 4 train as well as many stores and supermarket/ restaurants.
