One bedroom in a two bedroom apt

One bedroom (10'x12') with large closet available in a two bedroom coop apartment. I'm a professional female with a dog looking to share my apartment with another female. The shared areas - kitchen, living room, and bathroom - are completely furnished, the available room has a bed and a dresser. There is space for more furniture, and we can make it work.
