Large Bedroom With Private Balcony

HUGE bedroom with a Private Balcony Available!. The room is in a house with 3 other students who all go to the same medical school. We share one full bathroom upstairs with a half bathroom downstairs. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking and all the cooking supplies is shared amongst all of us. Kind, friendly, open to meeting new people. Looking for a new roommate preferably also a student but not a requirement. We have two cats who live with us that are both really sweet and you don't need to help with taking care of them. We are a queer friendly bunch who like playing music from time to time so we'd prefer a roommate who is as well. Or at least does not mind it.

There is plenty of street parking in front of the house if you have a car. Personally I'd suggest having a car in this area to make things easier but you can manage without one. Located 10 min drive from Bronx Terminal Market, 10 minute walk from the 5 train station, 10 minute walk from the Bx12 and the Bx12 SBS.
