Affordable 3 bdr Apt looking for third roommate

We are looking for a responsible young professional (non smoker) as our third roommate. The vacant bedroom is located on the opposite side of the apartment giving you the ultimate privacy. Rent is $900 with utilities included. Building has 24 hr cameras and a live in super. Building is family oriented (very safe).

Our apartment is located on 231st & Albany Cres in the growing and bustling neighborhood of Riverdale/Kingsbridge area. We are in close proximity to the 1 train with Bronx Public Bar on the corner, 24 hour Walgreens, laundromat ( w/ free dryer wed & Fri!!), two diners and grocery store within a one block radius.

Please note if you enjoy the outdoors or working out, there is a Blink Fitness near by as well as Van Cortland park that is a short 10 min walk away.

P. s we do own a small dog (Mary Jane) that does not bark and keeps to herself.
