Room in Riverdale/Kingsbridge area

Hi there!

We're a married couple (Josh and Alina) who are looking for a roommate who can move in asap until March 31.

Utilities included in price.

We both have regular Mon-Fri jobs, Josh works for a healthcare non-profit, Alina is also working for a healthcare company.

We are very tidy and easy-going people, who have experience living in a shared environment (we met at a hostel!).

We live in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Bedrooms face out, so they get a lot of sun.

The area is very nice with a shopping center 3 minutes from us (Aldi's, 5 below, forever 21, etc) and a Target 1 stop away on 225. On 238 there is a BJs, Buffalo Wild Wing, Smashburger and Chipotle. There's a ton of bars (Bronx Ale House!) so the neighborhood has everything you need.

We have 1 very quirky cat so anyone with allergies be aware!
