I'd like to rent out my large bedroom (11x19) that features a big closet. My apartment is located right by Manhattan College in Riverdale, Bronx. it is a very nice and safe neighborhood. The apartment itself, has undergone a thorough renovation and features condo level finishes throughout. Building features include a spacious laundry room and close access to the 1 train and express buses.
You will have a lot of privacy as most of the time I'm either at school or at work. Rent $1250. For couples price will be slightly different. Room is furnished. Min. stay 1 year.
