Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a someone to complete our 3br apartment. Rent is $900.00 including utilities and is available now. Our building is safe, clean and quiet. The room is spacious and can fit a queen bed and furniture comfortably, including two large closets with plenty of storage and two windows. We are located in Riverdale Bronx a block away from Van Cortland Park and the 1 train. There is quick access to several buses such as, the Bx10, Bx9, and Bx3. Access to the Metro North is a few blocks away. There are many shopping centers and restaurants around us including BJ'S Wholesale Club, Riverdale Diner, Bronx Ale house, Aldis, Stop and Shop, Bank of America, and Super Target. Must be clean, respectful, and like cats. First month rent plus a security deposit equivalent to one months rent is required. Please contact if interested.
