We are a respectful, fun, creative, and considerate group of people looking to add more great people to our tribe.

The house is huge and great for people who work remotely, commute, or who need space to work on site. Your office plus your workspace can be all in one, with desk included in furnished room. Or you can just have a calm place to come home to, and feel at home, after a long day at the office.

Either have an instant social community to tap into, or keep to yourself in your private room. It's completely up to you.

We are on a quiet residential dead end street in a safe area with access (2 blocks) from transportation and grocery stores. Soundview Park is a huge park with trails and baseball fields along the Bronx river just behind the house. Go for a bike ride or do pilates or just sit along the river and relax.

Huge back yard with fire pit and large BBQ, Common room with Smart TV with Netflix, large space for co-working or creating art, an exercise room with elliptical, treadmill, yoga mats, bands, etc. We include strong wi-fi. Laundry available on site. Great housemates. No pets because of allergies - sorry.
