Room for rent

Looking for a decent individual to rent out a room out of 3bedroom apartment. There is a mother and son in one of the larger rooms and an older woman in the other. Room is unfurnished. Room will be available in middle of January. Rent includes electricity. Can work out with tenants for Internet if needed (not included in rent). Have to be willing to clean the bathroom every 3 weeks as tenants take turn in cleaning. This is a nice neighborhood. All tenants currently living there are quiet and will like to keep it that way. Street parking available. Close to #5 bus, #2, 5, 6 train. Thank you
