I have one big bedroom available in a shared apartment. There is a tv room, shared bathroom, fully loaded kitchen, a sun room/2nd living room, and access to a backyard. The apartment is located near the Bxm9 express bus for an easy commute to the city, as well as local buses Bx8 and Bx40. The apartment is perfect for a young professional, Maritime College student, or someone working at Jacobi.

The apartment will be shared with an artist in his mid 20's who has a studio set up in an additional room. The apartment is fully decorated with artwork and would be a unique home.

There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the apt. and there is an AC available for the summer.
