Room available for rent

Hello! This beautiful apartment is located in the Throggs Neck section of the Bronx. Common areas are furnished- you would only have to furnish/decorate your room. Room has a closet. Cleaning responsibilities would be shared for the common areas. WiFi and utilities are not included but split equally. WiFi is about $75 a month, Con Ed ranges between $72-120 depending on usage (these are total amounts so you would be paying half).

Rent for the room is $1000 monthly. First month's rent and $1000 deposit before moving in (total $2000).

I'm a 33 year old mental health therapist who enjoys watching good t. v. and spending time at home. Dog lover and introvert, although I did enjoy my nights out before COVID :) At the moment I'm working from home due to COVID. I'm pretty laid back, and respectful of others' space. An ideal roommate would be clean, considerate, and respectful. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
