Furnished Room For Rent

I am looking for a non-smoking male to rent an extra room that is empty in my house. No couples allowed. I prefer someone who is quiet and employed. References and proof of employment are a must!! The room is furnished with a NEW queen size bed. There is central a/c for the summer and central heat in the winter. Cable, including premium channels are included(must bring own TV). There is a microwave, cabinet space in the kitchen, and space in the shared refrigerator. Use of the stove is available for an extra fee. Near public transportation. There is NO wi-fi.
