I am offering a one bedroom on a floor under construction .The bedroom is furnished and intact with TV a full size bed .The bathroom is functional but is soon to be renovated .It is neat and clean . However upon entering the apartment towards the front there is ongoing work being done which you will pass thru on the way to the room .Must be a very tolerant personality to be able to cope . Still it is a very comfortable space for the short term tenant .
