Studio For Rent

Hi! I am renting my studio that is located in the ground part of my one family house. It is renovated and furnished and includes utilities. (water, heat, electricity). It has its own private entrance. It is located 3 blocks from the 2 and 5 trains, one block from bus X39 and X16. One block from laundromat, walking distance to the super marker and other stores, in a very quiet street. You have to feel comfortable with a small dog. You must show proof of employment and W-2. Pay two weeks of security and first week rent. You must have good credit and a least one year working in the same work. 1 year lease minimum.
