2 Females, early twenties, looking for female roommate who is a professional, grad student, or college junior/senior. We have one large room for rent. Rent is 550 a month plus electric and cable/internet, totaling up to no more than 650 per month. You will be provided a closet and we have a large hall area, as well as decent sized bathroom and kitchen.

Looking for a considerate person who is tidy, respectful and gets along with others. We are laid back and don't want any drama in our home. Week nights are usually quiet as we work a lot but weekends are open for fun and exploring the city.

The only drawback to this room is that the room we are renting does not have a door. However, as is customary with many shared studios in New York, a curtain can be installed for privacy. This space is ideal for someone starting out in NYC and looking to save money (like us!) while not wanting to compromise safety, convenience or having good roommates. :)
