Respectable & Responsible Roommate Wanted

I am a 37 y/o married female seeking a clean, mature, responsible and respectful roommate to rent a room in this family occupied house. There is currently a total of 3 occupants in this apartment, all of which are respectable people.

I have a large fully furnished room for $950.00 per month (includes utilities such as heat, hot water, gas and electric and Wifi). The room includes a queen size platform bed with 2 drawers, mattress, 2 end tables, closet with mirrors on both doors, dresser with mirror, 2 windows, a chaise, a wall shelf and a TV stand. You will need to have your own bedding. The kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished as well.

The room is located on the 2nd Floor of a private house in the Bronx. The room is available now for move in for December 1st. You would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom as well as the cost of cleaning supplies with 3 roommates. We clean weekly and each roommate takes a weekend to clean.

It's 2 blocks from the 4 train and the D/B Train. The Bronx #1, #2, #9, #10, #22, #26, #28 and #34 bus are each within a 2 block walking distance as well as the Beeline buses to Yonkers and Westchester. It is in the Kingsbridge Area of the Bronx. Close to Fordham Rd, Bedford Park, Grand Concourse and Jerome Ave.
