Room for rent in 3 bedroom house

Me and my brother live in a 3 bedroom house on the first floor. We had our sister living there for the past year until she moved out to get her own place. No we are in desperate need of finding someone to occupy the room to help split the rent. Its a very spacious room enough to fit a full or queen size mattress, big open closet, one big window, an AC spot to fit in your own AC if necessary, there is a shared bathroom that you will have to share with my brother, open kitchen, shared fridge and shared living room space. Its by Freeman/Prospect the Bx35 and Bx17 is right around the corner, a 10 min. walk to the 2/5 train, multiple stores, 24 hr laundry mat 3 blocks away, chicken spot, liquor store, supermarkets etc..
The rent is $650.00 and is due every 1st of the month (month to month lease) and that does not include utilities that is separate you will also have to split light/heat and wifi . The light/heat ranges from $50-$120 split by the 3 of us and the wifi is $30. Men or Women are welcome , no kids, no cigarette smoking (in the house) , pets are fine as long as they are not loud, too big and you clean up after them, must be a clean tenant wash and clean anything you dirty, If you are a couple then the rent and utilities will be split 4 ways no acceptions This room is available ASAP . **SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!** must have proof of income, state ID and payments must be submitted on time *MUST BE RELIABLE* no personal checks, or money orders , either cash or chase quick-pay is acceptable.
