One remaining furnished bedroom available in 4 bedroom, duplex apartment with large common area/living room in a 3 family house off of Bedford Park Blvd. in Bedford Park. It's about a 5 minute walk to Fordham University and 10-15 min to Lehman College on foot. Nearby transportation is the Botanical Garden metro north station, and the D and 4 trains. The Botanical Gardens is also close by.

Roommates are two female CUNY students, 19 (my sister) and 21 years old, and myself, a 22 year old male who works in sports/fitness. We are looking for a considerate, friendly and responsible roommate of similar age. Guarantors are welcome. Heat and hot water included. Roommates split Con Ed and internet (about $50/month total).

Our parents own the building and furnished the apartment. The room will be available at the end of August. We can put the existing furniture in storage and you can bring your own (but please let me know this in your message).
