The room is located in the north Bronx near riverdale. There is access to the 4,1, d,b, and 2 train. 4,1, d,b all being within walking distance. The rooms are a roughly 11x14 ,living room 12x17,
Dining room is 8x15. Each room is equipped with a queen sized bed Frame and a work desk already in it. One has a dresser that can be removed from inside the closet if need be. Everyone comes with a closet space as well. There are also 2 .5 closet available in the hallways. The .5 closet I will be using for my tools . But the other 2 will be separated by demand. There are two storage spaces down stairs . That I charge 75 a month for each of you wish to use them.
The other roommate and I are both creatives I am an actor and model and she is a fashion editor.
