I live in a 2 bedroom walk-up building on top floor 5th. I currently live alone, I am a quiet, clean person who is also a student restarting a new career., I am looking for a single person, drama-free, someone who is "clean, quiet, respectful". with a sense of humor. someone who cleans up after themselves, in the kitchen, bathroom, and common shared areas.
The room is a large master bedroom with a full-size bed and chair, basic utilities included, gas and electricity with rent, HOWEVER
what is not included is if you get an a/c for the summer and use more electricity. you will be paying the difference.
