FYI....this not a party house, NO overnight guests are not allowed (No exceptions) to show consideration for your fellow flatmates.
This apartment is meant to be shared by no more than 3 roomates in total so no worries about overcrowding. Rent is $1,000 for a single person ( $1,500 for two people to share the one bedroom). The bedroom slightly large available for rent (furnished with a full sized bed, a lamp and a small set of shelves for additional storage) for $1,000 per month for a single person utilities and internet /wifi are included. Only pets allowed are Cats are for an additional $30 monthly fee (per pet) limited to 1 cat. No others animals , no exceptions!
Current tenant is a young man in his early 20's . He works in the afternoon and is into video games and has a sweet female cat he is fostering temporarily.
Landlord is looking for clean/neat, quiet, respectful, responsible, professionals who pay their rent on time and follow the rules of the property. No Overnight guests, No Smoking at all, No Drug use at all, with No Criminal background.
Locks for each room door will be provided. Brand new windows installed in the entire apartment in September 2022 for utility efficiency.

This apartment is Located only 2 blocks away public transportation (#2 train @ 219th street station). NO REALTORS PLEASE! PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE PROPERTY WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, viewing of apartment is by appointment.

I asked for first month's rent, last month's rent and security (example: for single person $1000 × 3= $3,000 for two people to share the one bedroom that would be $1,500 × 3= $4,500) after a clean background/credit check cost $39 per person and is non-refundable before moving in.
