This is a 3 bedroom apartment. Looking to fill the empty bedroom. The room has a full sized bed with brand new mattress and bedding.
3 people live in the apartment. Everyone either works hard or studies. We are looking for someone that works as well and is on time with payment. Everyone works different shifts therefore someone that is quiet and mindful of the shared spaces is preferred.
Bathroom and Kitchen shared.
Must clean after yourself to keep the harmony and balance going.

The 6 Train is around the corner as well as the BX 19 & BX 17. The BX 17 connects you to the 2 & 5 train.
You will be 12 minutes away from 125th & Lexington Train station on the 6 Train. or 30 Minutes from Grand Central Station. It is a very convenient location.
