The room has a built in closet and split ac. The room is large enough for Queens size bed, and a few more furnitures. The room come unfurnished, but Extra $50 for furnished room. The bathroom is shared with another respectful woman.

2 mins walk to D train and B1
Within 5 minutes to the supermarket, post office, church, clinics, pharmacy, deli, public library, gym, and restaurants.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, just a step away from everything.

Guests are welcome, just make sure to clean up afterward.

You can smoke and drink as you want, like home. But trying to control the smell and not disturbing the neighbors.
