GREAT rooms available in GREAT Bay Ridge location!

Hi there!

Another roommate and I are (sadly) moving out of our amazing Bay Ridge apartment.

I have been there for two years, and she for one. We both have had separate opportunities come up that require us to both move and so we want to help our amazing roommate find great people to live with!

My room is two smaller rooms with an adjoining door. Windows are in both and the second room has a FULL WALL of closets. I keep a futon, dresser etc in there and my bed and vanity in the other.

The other room is the front-facing "master" room with awesome bay windows to the street, which is actually pretty quiet especially for Brooklyn. AMAZING space, great light and a closet all for yourself across the hall.

The kitchen and living room are BIG and rarely in use since we all typically have had our own TV set ups in our bedrooms and order out a lot haha.

The current roommate, like us, is in her late 20s, works a ton and is home here and there. When we are all together we had a lot of fun drinking wine and watching Bravo. Hope you like to do the same from time to time!

Just a note about what is expected: Not neat freaks, but just put your dishes in the sink and keep on top of garbage and recycling. John the landlord is great, just pay your rent on time. His daughter lives downstairs and helps manage the place. Rent and cable (which is cheap, like $20 a month can be given to her). Internet is $30.

One room is available Oct 1, the double room can be made available Oct 1 or a little later. I am flexible.
