We have a bedroom opening on the 20th of March 2020 / maybe mid-April because of the pandemic. in our little apartment in Brooklyn. We are getting ready for a new Housemate to join our awesome place to call home! We are close to public transportation, parks, restaurants, and delis.
Our neighborhood is a vibrantly diverse working class, near many different hospitals for medical rotations. Close to SUNY Downstate, the VA, and Lutheran/NYU Langone. Mt. Sinai, Methodist, and Presbyterian also close. I am often busy even when home, and most often will not be available for conversation while studying or turning in writing work. Our bedroom for rent is available for 1 responsible professional or mature adult grad student. Our family home apartment includes my youngest child home learning and growing in our home space.
The currently advertised price includes basic utilities and light furnishings. We welcome a responsible easy-going housemate to our sweet little Brooklyn apartment!
