We, and our entire building, are following safe covid practices- masks are worn in the common areas of the building, we are not socializing with people we don’t live with, and get tested regularly.
Subway is a 3 min. walk away. Very close to grocery, drug and hardware stores, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.
Building has laundry and secure bike storage in the basement, and a cute garden courtyard.
Our household is welcoming and inclusive; both of us are education professionals. We are both pretty busy but enjoy catching up over dinner and/or wine or beer from time to time. One of us is an early bird, the other a bit of a night owl. Neither is a hard partier:)
1st sublease runs until the end of June, and could be month to month if desired. After that, it would be for 1 year.
