Room in Bay Ridge (10x18x13x7.5, Weird Shape

Small room (though not the smallest room) in the front of an apartment, adjacent to the living room; located over a store in Bay Ridge. Current occupants are a writer/graduate student and an artist, looking for someone else with chill energy who can exist adjacent to us as closely or distantly as need be.

Will need first month, security deposit, and last month; as well as proof of income and a meeting with our landlord which we will attempt to arrange.

Utilities in addition to the rent are 85 a month for gas, 50 a month for Internet, and 120~ a month for Power; split three-ways between yourself and the other two tenants; so about ~685 a month in total.
