Room For Rent In My Happy Bay Ridge Apartment

There is a spacious, unfurnished room in my 2- bedroom apartment available. The room has large windows that get lots of morning sunlight and well maintained hardwood floors. There are also two closets available for storage. The room is now available for move in.

The apartment is spacious and has high ceilings. Both the living room and kitchen are comfortably furnished. The landlord is great, responsive and fair.

The the R train is very close by with access to many buses which include the B1, B63, B16, S79, S53, S93. Bay Ridge is a great neighborhood with lots of shopping, cute coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and bars nearby.

Rent will be $850 per month, security deposit is $850 ($1,700 required to move in). The lease is 1 year (no short-term availability). Water and heat is included. We split electricity, internet, and gas between us. You must provide proof of income, identification, and be able to pass a background check.

Communication is everything! I am looking for a nice, kind, considerate, clean person who is open to being communicative and lives respectfully. I strongly prefer to live with a woman in her 20s-30s.
