Room for Rent in Beautiful Bay Ridge

Located in the safe and quiet neighborhood of Bay Ridge. This location is two blocks from the R train, many grocery stores, and Harbor Fitness. The apartment is also close to all the amazing 86th street shoppes. Only an hour from midtown!
The property has a great open living room and kitchen area. The living room has furniture from the two roommates that live there now. The kitchen has a gorgeous island with granite countertops, dishwasher, oven/stove, and microwave. The best part about this apartment is that it has in unit washer and dryer!!
The utilities will be shared between you and the other two roommates. You would only share the second bathroom with one roommate, the other has her own bathroom connected to her room. The two roommates own two trained shelties, so you would have to be okay with two adorable dogs :).
There are only two other roommates residing in this apartment. One is female who is a busy P. A. and the other roommate is a male who works for roto rooter plumbing. Both are looking for a professional who is respectful of the common space and each others belongings.
The room you would be renting has a good sized closet and fits a full sized bed perfectly, it would also be able to fit a queen but it would be a tad more tight. I am willing to leave beyond my wardrobe if you need it!
This would be a lease take over, meaning that you would "take over" my lease instead of subleasing. I am sadly leaving NYC for a job position, so I am looking for a great roommate to take over my room!
