-- Plenty of street parking space, vast choice of bars and restaurants, 3 minute walk to R train (95th St station), 10 minute walk to X27 bus to Manhattan, 30 minute walk to NYC ferry.
-- The room is fully furnished (see photos), which includes bed, sofa, computer desk, computer chair and a coffee table.
-- Air conditioner, some closet space and exercise equipment are also available, as well as full freedom to use the kitchen and kitchen utensils.
-- Your prospective roommates are professionals in their early 30s and 40s, doing writing, cybersecurity and administrative work.

We're looking for someone respectful and laid-back, preferably in their 30s or 40s to take over the room for 1 month with possible extension.
